Why Big Fr and Hungry F?

  1. Why Helium is the smallest element with the highest IE?
  2. Why Noble Gases don't have EN values?
  3. Why Francium is the biggest element with the lowest IE and EN?
  4. Why Fluorine has the highest EN?
     1.  Francium has the most number of shells and it has the lowest IE and EN because the valence electrons are so far away from the nucleus.
     2.  Helium has the least amount of valence shells and that's why it has the highest EN.
     3. The noble gases have a full valence shell and don't have the need to gain electrons so they do not have EN.
     4.  Fluorine has the least amount of valence shells so the nucleus is the closest to the other atoms, so more valence electrons are easily gained.
